FedEx Express Italy s.r.l. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Italy. The role focuses on rapid reaction to breakdowns, preventive maintenance, and ensuring high equipment availability for internal customers across the site.

You will be multi-skilled in electrical and mechanical disciplines, with hands-on experience in MHE/automation systems, conveyors, motor controllers/inverters, and CMMS, to support continuous improvement and safe operations.

Competenze

• Multi-skilled in both electrical and mechanical disciplines.
• Experience with planned preventive maintenance systems.
• Experience fault finding within MHE/Automation systems.
• Experience interpreting mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Experience with conveyor maintenance, motor controllers/inverters.
• Experience with sortation machines.
• Experience with CMMS.

What you will be doing: React quickly to breakdowns, communicate clearly with affected parties and work efficiently to fix the issue; Support continuous improvement by learning from breakdowns and sending feedback and suggestions for improvements; Provide high levels of equipment availability to our internal customers. Put health & safety best practices first in all work carried out ensuring compliance with all health & safety standards and regulations; Carry out planned preventative maintenance on the full range of equipment within the site.
