Amazon is offering an Operations & Logistics Internship Campania - Talent Pool in Campania. This on-site program is designed to develop interns through hands-on projects in Fulfillment Centers, Sortation Hubs, and Delivery Stations.

Interns will experience data analysis, collaboration with managers and frontline teams, and exposure to end-to-end operations. The role emphasizes problem-solving, communication, and adaptability, with potential relocation and a path to graduate roles or further

Competenze

Penultimate or final year, graduating 2028, pursuing a university degree in Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering or related field.
Eligible for a full-time internship (40 hours/week) lasting 3–6 months, start Jan–Jul 2027.
High proficiency in English and local language (CEFR C1).

Mansioni

Complete high-priority projects to the highest standard.
Analyze data to identify operational challenges and opportunities for improvement.
Propose and test solutions, collaborating with the team to implement the most effective ones.
Develop communication and teamwork with managers, stakeholders, and frontline associates.
Be on the move within the building to engage with various teams and participate in pre-briefs, flow meetings and leadership discussions.
Navigate the workspace across areas; flexible to work various schedules and shifts.
Potential relocation to the designated work location.
