Job summary

Amazon Operations invites applications to our Talent Pool for January 2027 internships across Piemonte. This on-site program includes relocation support and early access to upcoming positions, with interviews starting in September and role matching in October.

As an intern, you’ll work on high-priority projects, analyze data to spot operational improvements, collaborate with managers and frontline teams, and rotate through different areas of the facility.

Qualifications

• Currently in penultimate year or final year, graduating in 2028, pursuing a university degree in supply chain, business/management, engineering or related field.
• Eligible for a full-time internship (40 hours/week) of 3–6 months with a start date between January and July 2027.
• Highly proficient in both spoken and written English and the local language (CEFR C1).

Responsibilities

• Completing high-priority projects to the highest standard, demonstrating your ability to deliver results.
• Analyzing data to identify operational challenges and opportunities for improvement.
• Proposing and testing solutions, collaborating with the team to implement the most effective ones.
• Developing communication and teamwork skills by working with managers, stakeholders, and frontline associates.
• Be on the move within the building to engage with various teams and gather knowledge.
• Navigate the workspace and move between areas as needed.
• Display flexibility to work various schedules and shift patterns; potential relocation.
