Job summary

Artemest is seeking an organized Operations Intern to join our team in Milano. The role focuses on maintaining clean SAP data, streamlining processes, and supporting operational excellence across the e-commerce business, with close collaboration across logistics, AFC, and artisan partners.

The ideal candidate has a process mindset, proficiency in Excel, and a data-driven approach. English fluency is required, and the internship lasts 6 months with full-time hours (9am–6pm, Monday–Friday).

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Analytical and organizational skills with attention to data integrity.
• Proactive and solution-driven approach; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update data in SAP to keep orders accurate across systems.
• Handle data entry with high precision for orders.
• Suggest workflow improvements and optimize internal processes.
• Coordinate with logistics to ensure smooth order handoffs and dispatches.
• Align invoicing and financial reconciliation with AFC team; support full order lifecycle.
• Work with Italian artisans to monitor production timelines and update statuses.
• Develop dashboards or reports to support cross-department decision making.
