Amazon offers an Operations Human Resources Partner Intern role for 2027. You’ll be immersed in HR within a global organization, contributing to employee relations, training, compensation, and workforce analytics.

You’ll work with a mentor, analyze workforce data to identify trends, support queries, and help design scalable HR solutions that align with business goals in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian and English at C1 level or above.
• Penultimate or final year in university in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, Marketing, Social Sciences, Law or related field.
• Available for a full-time internship (max 40 hours/week) and 3–6 month duration.
• Must be able to sign a learning agreement with university.

Mansioni

• Develop in-depth knowledge of HR functions within Amazon's operations.
• Assist with internal communications across countries to promote collaboration.
• Help develop training plans and materials for evolving team needs.
• Learn HR functions across the wider Amazon organization and stay updated on best practices.
• Provide support to employees on daily queries related to attendance, engagement, and compensation.
• Assist HR teams with day-to-day operational tasks and admin duties.
• Participate in process reviews to identify opportunities for simplification and automation.
• Compile personnel statistics, reports, and performance evaluations to inform decisions.
• Partner closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with goals.
