Stryker in Rome, Italy is seeking a Customer Service/Logistics resource to support invoicing, EDI flows, and cross-functional collaboration within Operations & Logistics.

The role requires a can-do attitude, strong communication in Italian and English, and the ability to work under pressure while ensuring accuracy and compliance with SOX, FCPA, and company policies. Experience with Oracle ERP and MS Office is a plus; high school diploma required.

Competenze

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Commercial education as industry or office merchant or equivalent desirable.
• Intermediate communication capabilities in English are essential.

Mansioni

• Electronic invoice check on Edicom portal.
• Invoicing order entry on internal tools.
• Collaborate with CS supervisors and team to support customer alignment and complete EDI integration.
• Support activities in the Edicom external portal to manage EDI order flow.
