Amazon is seeking an Operations Intern for an on-site role across Italy. You will work on Fulfillment Centers, Sortation Centers, and Delivery Stations, applying analytical skills to drive improvements and learn from leadership teams.

Ideal candidates are in their final years, fluent in English and Italian, and available for 3-6 months starting January 2027. Relocation support is provided and the program offers robust intern support and learning opportunities.

Competenze

Penultimate or final year student, studying a relevant field.
Eligible for a full-time internship (40 hours/week) for 3-6 months starting Jan-Jul 2027.
Proficiency in English and the local language of the country (CEFR C1).

Mansioni

Complete high-priority projects to the highest standard and deliver results.
Analyze data to identify operational challenges and opportunities for improvement.
Propose and test solutions, collaborating with the team to implement the best ones.
Develop communication and teamwork by working with managers, stakeholders, and frontline associates.
Be on the move within the building to engage with various teams and attend pre-briefs and flow meetings.
Navigate the workspace and move between areas; adapt to varying schedules and shifts.
