Philip Morris International is seeking an Operational Excellence Intern for the OPEN+ department at the Bologna site. Based in Crespellano, you will support initiatives to enhance efficiency, coach on the floor, observe processes, and reinforce best practices in real time.

You will collaborate across functions to analyze workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and help organize trainings, benchmarking, and networking events with external partners.

Competenze

• Fluency in English and Italian required.
• Pursuing a degree in Business or Engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders both internal and external.
• Interest in event management and coordination.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
