sennder Italia in Milan offers an Operations Quality Support Internship in the Operations Program & Innovation department. You will help analyze and identify logistic network inefficiencies and support ongoing improvements across the team.

Ideal candidates have a degree in business, statistics, economics or equivalent and strong Italian/English communication. Proactive, organized students who know G-Suite and MS Office will thrive in this role.

Competenze

• Degree in business, statistics, economics or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Italian and English.
• Ability to work independently with G-Suite, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Extremely proactive and self-starter with good organizational and interpersonal skills.

Mansioni

• Manage data entry and checking.
• Check documents.
• Manage reports.
• Support the definition of processes to identify best practices for resolving issues.
• Support quality improvements with focus on network performance monitoring.
• Analyze operational problems to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions based on KPI monitoring.
• Work closely with Operations and Program Management teams.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
