sennder Italia, based in Milan, offers an Operations Quality Support Internship within the Operations Program & Innovation department. You will help analyze logistic network inefficiencies and support the team in improving processes and KPIs.

The role requires a degree in business or related fields, strong Italian and English communication, and proficiency with G-Suite and MS Office. This is an in-office, full-time position with a monthly gross salary of €1,000.

Competenze

• Need a degree in business, statistics, economics or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English.
• Ability to work independently with G-Suite and MS Office tools.

Mansioni

• Data entry and checking.
• Document checking.
• Manage reports.
• Define processes to identify best practices for issue resolution.
• Support quality improvements with focus on network performance monitoring.
• Analyze operational problems to identify root causes and propose corrective actions using KPI monitoring.
• Collaborate with Operations and Program Management teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Bilingual Italian/English

Business/ Economics degree equivalent
