Job summary

MSR-FSR in Agrate, Italy, is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, commission and service advanced semiconductor manufacturing equipment at customer sites across Europe, with on-site work at major client facilities.

The role requires 1–3 years in technical roles, fluent English, a driving licence, and willingness to travel within the EU. It offers comprehensive training, career development, and travel opportunities across Europe, with a 40-hour week and Mon–Fri days.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of technical, electrical, or mechanical experience (ideally 2–3 years).
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel to domestic and international sites.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) and good communication skills.
• EU work authorisation required.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Install, assemble, and commission semiconductor equipment at customer facilities.
• Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, vacuum, and process utility hookups.
• Coordinate tool alignment, calibration, startup, and testing to verify performance.
• Document installation activities and outcomes; support upgrades and retrofits as needed.
• Train customer personnel and ensure safety and compliance at customer sites.
