Job summary

Boeing Global Services is seeking a Logistics Service Representative to support the CH-47 Italy PBL program in Viterbo, Italy. The role focuses on warehouse operations, material receipt, stocking, and processing retrogrades for repair, with emphasis on accuracy and compliance.

The ideal candidate has strong logistics experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work onsite in a potentially unclean environment. Shift work may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of logistics experience (domestic and/or international).
• Minimum 2 years of transportation experience.
• Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience.
• Experience in data analysis.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and inventory systems.
• Fluent in English and Italian (speaking, reading, writing).
• Ability to obtain base access and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, and packing.
• Inspect parts for damage and prepare items for shipment.
• Maintain inventory data accuracy and perform annual audits and cycle counts.
• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies in the supply system.
• Monitor logistics performance and support demand and replenishment.
• Coordinate movement of components through the repair and return cycles.
• Prepare reports and manage field office resources.
• Provide sustainment services for PBL supply-related topics.
• Ensure safe handling of HAZMAT/Dangerous Goods.
• Maintain up-to-date material inflows/outflows per regulatory standards.
