Job summary

Boeing Italia S.R.L. is seeking a Logistics Representative to support the CH-47 Italy PBL program and manage a safe, compliant warehouse in Viterbo. The role covers material receipt, stocking, requisitions, repairs intake, packaging, shipments, data accuracy, audits, and continuous improvement to sustain CH-47 operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of domestic and/or international logistics experience.
• Minimum 2 years of transportation experience.
• Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience.
• Experience in data analysis.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office tool suite and inventory management systems.
• Fluent in English and Italian (speaking, reading, writing).
• Ability to obtain base access and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• This position is 100% onsite in Viterbo, Italy.
• Manage all aspects of warehouse operations: receiving, stocking, requisitions, retrogrades for repair, packaging and shipment of repairable components.
• Execute warehouse procedures: issuing aircraft parts, receiving repairs, and maintaining data accuracy in the inventory system.
• Conduct audits and cycle counts; resolve inventory discrepancies and monitor logistics performance.
• Coordinate component movements through repair and return cycles; prepare and review reports.
