Job summary

Launchmetrics is seeking a DataOps Support Operator to handle customer requests, identify root causes, and provide prompter solutions to maintain client satisfaction. You will collaborate with DataOps and broader LM teams to share insights and improve coverage maintenance.

Key duties include managing fireline requests, giving fast feedback, and proposing new data sources. A proactive, autonomous mindset and strong English are essential for success in this global role.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a DataOps Support Operator, you will mainly handle customer’s requests identifying root causes and managing prompter solutions to keep client’s satisfaction and provide meaningful insights to other team members to increase a proactive coverage maintenance. You will collaborate with other teams, both within DataOps and in the wider LM organization, such as DMR AM Team and DMR Tech Team providing feedback, supporting requests, etc.
