Job summary

Warman O'Brien is partnering with a leading international pharmaceutical organization to recruit an experienced Medical Science Liaison (MSL) for its Oncology Medical Affairs function in Italy. The role focuses on scientific engagement across the Italian market, building relationships with healthcare professionals and guiding medical initiatives with autonomy.

Ideal candidates will have 2–3 years of Oncology MSL experience, advanced medical qualifications, and native Italian communication

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of MSL experience in Oncology or related field.
• Proven ability to engage healthcare professionals and KOLs.
• Strong scientific communication and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with KOLs and physicians across Italy.
• Communicate clinical data and medical information through non-promotional exchanges.
• Gather insights on treatment practices and emerging evidence.
• Support advisory boards, education programmes and speaker development.
• Contribute to Real-World Evidence (RWE) activities and ISSs.
• Develop and implement national KOL engagement plans.
