Pharmanovia in Italy seeks a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) – Oncology to strengthen external scientific exchange across North‑West Italy, ideally based near Milan. This field-based role requires credible communication with oncology specialists, delivers non-promotional scientific discussions, and translates global medical strategy into local activity.

You will support pre-launch, launch and post-launch assets, identify evidence gaps, and inform medical and access planning.

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific or clinical qualification in Medicine, Pharmacy/CTF, Biology, Biotechnology or related life-sciences.
• Typically, at least 5 years of successful MSL or comparable field Medical Affairs experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Direct oncology experience with scientific engagement in a field-based capacity.
• Fluent Italian and fluent English with excellent scientific communication skills.
• Ability to develop trusted relationships with external scientific stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Build scientific credibility and external relationships with priority oncologists, investigators, hospital pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals across North West Italy.
• Deliver high-quality scientific exchange in a non-promotional manner and respond to unsolicited scientific questions.
• Translate global medical priorities into a focused territory plan and deliver activities across pre-launch to post-launch phases.
• Support launch and access readiness including stakeholder engagement, congress activities, and advisory boards.
• Identify unmet medical needs, evidence gaps, and patient pathway barriers to inform medical strategy.
• Collaborate with Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, Market Access, and cross-functional teams while maintaining medical independence.
