Celebrity Cruises is seeking a Restaurant Manager or Senior Restaurant Manager to lead food & beverage operations aboard luxury ships. You will oversee restaurant staff, ensure outstanding guest satisfaction, and uphold high service standards in alignment with company policies.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in hospitality/restaurant management, excellent wine knowledge, and strong leadership with international teams. English fluency is essential, with additional languages a plus.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field.
• 5–8 years in hospitality/restaurant management, shipboard preferred.
• Excellent food and wine knowledge for fine dining.
• Strong leadership with international staff experience.
• Excellent English; additional languages beneficial.
