Royal Caribbean Group's Celebrity Cruises division seeks a Front Desk Manager to lead guest relations aboard the ship, ensuring premium service and seamless execution of experiences for every guest.

The role requires strong hospitality, communication, leadership and organizational skills, with accountability for frontline operations, training, and guest sentiment metrics while coordinating across departments.

Competenze

• More than 4 years in a Front Desk Managerial or General Manager role on a cruise line (shipboard).
• Experience handling 100+ guests in a 4-5 star hotel.
• Experience supervising 30+ team members in Guest Services.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain professional standards.
• Adherence to luxury hospitality standards, health and safety policies.
