Royal Caribbean Group seeks a Guest Services Manager to drive outstanding guest experiences on board and lead a diverse team across hotel and marine divisions.

You will own service standards, mentor staff, and optimize guest satisfaction by monitoring key KPIs and ratings, while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. The role requires shipboard hotel leadership experience and strong communication skills.

Competenze

• Hotel Director/General Manager background in a cruise line (shipboard).
• 2-3yrs of hotelier experience.
• Additional languages are an advantage (Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, French, German).

Mansioni

• Own and deliver an exceptional guest experience while tutoring other divisions on service standards.
• Lead a team to deliver focused, extraordinary customer service and react efficiently to guest requests.
• Balance operational needs between Financial and Guest Services divisions through clear communication of guest issues.
