Bacardi is seeking a Field Account On Trade professional to drive sales and build strategic relationships with key customers across the Italian On-trade area. The role demands deep commercial knowledge, leadership of sales teams, and delivery of revenue targets as defined in the Country financial plan.

You will implement customer programs, utilize Commercial Excellence assets, and identify opportunities for new business development. Extensive travel within the area is expected.

Competenze

• Experience in sales in a leading FMCG company.
• Strong negotiation skills and customer focus.
• Proven field sales experience in the Italian On-trade market.

Mansioni

• Deliver results and execution excellence.
• Achieve financial targets (NSV, Gross Margin, profitability).
• Drive customer and shopper programs in line with the IAP.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts in the On-trade area.
• Lead and inspire sales teams to deliver shared goals.
