Avio Aero is seeking a Field Service Representative to operate at a Customer’s military base in Southern Italy. Provide high-level technical assistance on the operation of the power plant and coordinate with Avio Aero stakeholders.

You will reside permanently at the Customer base, delivering technical and logistical support, maintenance planning, and on-field problem solving with the System Engineer and Fleet Manager while ensuring timely responses to technical issues.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree or Technical High School Diploma with relevant experience.
• Thorough knowledge of T700 family engines, accessories, installations, control and monitoring systems.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics of complex equipment.
• Knowledge of Engine Logbook and maintenance documentation.
• Ability to read Nomenclature Catalogues, engine Technical Publications and procedures.

Mansioni

• Manage as primary interface any concerns and technical evidences from maintenance on engines at Customer site.
• Lead and ensure effective information exchange between Customer and Avio Aero with System Engineer, PM and Fleet Manager.
• Liaise with Customer ops to ensure timely response to technical issues; identify problems and possible field solutions.
• Coordinate shipping, receiving of engines and parts to and from Company sites; monitor engine fleet availability and status.
• Support maintenance planning and PTAs embodiment; update engine configuration and technical documentation.
