CC2020 GE Avio S.r.l. seeks a Field Service Representative (FSR) to operate on a customer’s military base in Southern Italy for the contract duration.

You will provide high-level technical assistance on power plant operation and maintain a permanent on-site presence to support the customer with technical and logistic needs. The role focuses on interfacing with the customer’s lead maintenance teams and Avio Aero systems engineers to ensure rapid response to technical issues and informed decisions

• Manage, as primary interface, any concerns and technical evidences arising from maintenance activities on engines at Customer Lead and ensure the effective exchange of information between the Customer and Avio Aero, in particular with the System Engineer, Program Manager and Fleet Manager, concerning the management of the T700 engine program
• Liaise with Customer operational department to ensure timely and effective response to technical issues
• With the support of the System Engineer, be accountable for problem identification and possible solutions to support the Customer in the decision whether to remove an engine from service, after evaluating all possible troubleshooting operations in order to solve the problem

Job Description Summary Within the Military Customer Support Organization, as Field Service Representative (FSR) you will be located at a Customer’s military base in the Southern Italy for a period according to contract conditions between Customer and Avio Aero. You will provide the Customer with a high-level technical assistance regarding the operation of the power plant. This role will require your permanent presence at Customer’s military base providing technical and logistic support
