Avio Aero is seeking a Resident Engine Field Service Representative to perform on-site maintenance and repair of T700/T6E1 engines at the customer site (5th Gruppo Elicotteri MMI, Luni Sarzana, SP). You will lead information exchange with the customer and Avio Aero teams, ensuring timely responses to technical issues and coordinating engine maintenance activities.

The role requires deep engine knowledge, strong communication skills in Italian and English, and the ability to work in a dynamic

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree or Technical High School Diploma with relevant experience.
• Knowledge of T700 family engines, accessories, interfaces with airframe.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics.

Mansioni

• Interface with customer to address maintenance concerns and technical evidences.
• Coordinate information exchange between customer and Avio Aero teams (System Engineer, Program Manager, Fleet Manager).
• Liaise with customer operations to ensure timely response to technical issues.
• Assist in engine maintenance planning and on-field troubleshooting.
