Avio Aero is seeking a Resident Engine Field Service Representative to perform on-site preventive and remedial maintenance on T700/T6E1 engines at the 5th Gruppo Elicotteri MMI - Luni Sarzana (SP). You will be the primary customer interface, coordinating with the System Engineer, Program Manager, and Fleet Manager to ensure effective information exchange and engine reliability in the field.

The role requires a technical degree, deep knowledge of T700 engines, and fluency in Italian and English.

• Bachelor's Degree or Technical High School Diploma with relevant experience.
• Fluent Italian and English.

Mansioni

• Serve as primary interface with the customer for maintenance activities on engines.
• Coordinate with System Engineer and Fleet Manager for timely issue resolution.
• Oversee shipment/receiving of engines and parts to and from sites.
• Support planning of maintenance inspections and interpretation of technical publications.
