Job summary

RINA is seeking an R&D Site Engineer and Equipment Engineer for our office in La Spezia within the Electronics and System Engineering Division. The role involves on-site engineering, design support, documentation, and fieldwork to deliver projects in compliance with standards.

Master’s in Engineering is required, with on-site availability and strong communication. The position offers a defined salary range and a welfare program, under CCNL RINA guidelines, with equal opportunities and a diverse,

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Engineering General or Electronics.
Experience in engineering activities, preferably in technical or R&D environments.
Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and drawings.
Familiarity with engineering/design software.
Availability to perform on-site and field activities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong commitment to quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

Support engineering design activities and technical calculations to meet project requirements.
Prepare and manage technical specifications, reports and project documentation.
Review and interpret technical documents and engineering drawings.
Use engineering/design software to support project activities.
Provide engineering support during on-site activities, including field data collection.
Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders during project phases.
Ensure compliance with quality and safety procedures during site activities.
