AVASO Technology cerca un Ingegnere IT di supporto onsite per fornire assistenza agli utenti in sede e da remoto. Il candidato ideale possiede competenze su Windows, Mac e Linux, Active Directory e gestione degli accessi, nonché capacità di risoluzione problemi e supporto utenti in un ambiente dinamico.

Si richiede esperienza di almeno 2 anni, conoscenze di reti, suite MS Office, strumenti di imaging e familiarità con strumenti di distribuzione come SCCM/MDT. Lingue: inglese e italiano.

Competenze

• Almeno 2 anni di esperienza in Desktop Support.
• Conoscenze di Windows, Mac e Linux.
• Esperienza con Active Directory e gestione degli utenti.
• Competenze di troubleshooting e supporto agli utenti.
• Conoscenza di reti (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Conoscenza pacchetti MS Office e strumenti di imaging.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Onsite Support IT Engineer to join our team in Location: Chieti, Italy. The successful candidate will provide technical support, troubleshooting, and IT assistance to end users. This role requires someone with strong technical skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote desktop support for users, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, laptops, and peripherals.
• Ensure the deployment of operating systems, updates, and software packages.
• Work with the IT team to resolve and elevate issues as needed.
• Perform routine system audits and ensure systems are up-to-date and secure.
• Provide end-user training and technical documentation where necessary.
• Collaborate with team members and manage support tickets for various internal stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Desktop Support or similar roles.
• Strong experience with Windows OS, Mac OS, and Linux environments.
• Experience with Active Directory for user management, group policies, and security.
• Proficient with remote desktop tools and troubleshooting techniques.
• Experience with networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite and other productivity software.
• Expertise in hardware diagnostics, repair, and replacements.
• Knowledge of system imaging and software deployment tools (e.G., SCCM, MDT).
• Familiar with ITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English, Italian.
• Must Have Skills: Certification: CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST), or equivalent.
• Experience with cloud-based applications (e.G., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
• Knowledge of IT security best practices and protocols.
