Job summary

Red Bull in Lombardia is offering an On Premise Sales Analyst Intern role to support digital tools, data quality, and reporting, helping sales teams in bars, clubs, restaurants, and events. You will gain hands-on experience with data analysis, KPI tracking, and dashboard maintenance, while collaborating with Field, Marketing, and Sales teammates in a fast-paced, consumer-facing environment.

The internship includes a monthly allowance and meal vouchers, and is ideal for motivated students

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics or related field.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Interest in data analysis, reporting and digital tools.
• Experience with data visualization is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and structured approach.
• Team player with proactive attitude.

Job description

The On Premise environment, including bars, clubs, restaurants, events and hospitality venues, is a dynamic and fast-paced channel where brands connect directly with consumers and customers.
As an On Premise Sales Analyst Intern, you will support the team in the daily management of digital tools, data quality, reporting and analysis, contributing to actionable insights that help sales teams be more effective and efficient in the market.
This internship offers the opportunity to develop analytical skills and gain hands-on experience in how data, reporting and digital solutions support business decision-making and sales execution.

Job Description

DIGITAL TOOLS & DATA MANAGEMENT

• Support the daily management of On Premise digital tools and databases, contributing to data uploads, maintenance, quality checks and system updates, while gaining an understanding of the importance of data quality in business decision-making.
• Contribute to the operational administration of digital platforms and reporting tools, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting system improvements, enhancements and post-implementation activities.
• Support IT-related activities, coordinating issue reporting, follow-up and user testing to help ensure an effective user experience.

FIELD SUPPORT

• Provide first-level support to the Field organization, assisting colleagues in the day-to-day use of digital tools, resolving operational issues and contributing to the effective adoption of systems and processes to enhance execution quality.

DATA ANALYSIS & REPORTING

• Support data analysis and reporting activities, contributing to the preparation of business reports, KPI monitoring and performance tracking while developing analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
• Support data cleansing, structuring and quality checks to ensure accurate and reliable outputs.
• Contribute to reporting and dashboard activities, helping translate business needs into clear and actionable insights for Management and Sales teams. Support the maintenance and enhancement of reporting tools by gathering feedback, testing updates and ensuring data consistency across reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, F&B Management or a related field, or currently studying.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Interest in data analysis, reporting and digital tools.
• Previous knowledge of data visualization tools is considered a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a structured, process-oriented approach.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Curious, proactive and eager to learn.
• Team player with a hands-on attitude and willingness to support different stakeholders.
