Job summary

Red Bull is seeking a highly motivated Trade Marketing Trainee to join our dynamic team in Lombardy, Italy. This 360° rotation offers exposure to Business Insights, Category Development, and Trade Activation, delivering real-world experience in FMCG retail and data-driven decision making.

You will analyze market and sales data, support regular reports, collaborate with Sales and Marketing, and assist in in-store activation and category projects. Monthly internship allowance: €800 + meal vouchers.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (or currently pursuing) in a related field.
• Strong interest in Trade Marketing, Retail and FMCG.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to transform data into insights.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Proactive mindset, curiosity, and willingness to learn; strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Analyze market, consumer, shopper and sales data from various sources.
• Create regular reports and insights to identify opportunities and trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven recommendations.
• Support trade activation and in-store events planning and execution.
• Contribute to development of POS materials and activation tools.
• Assist in category growth initiatives and shopper-focused solutions.
• Prepare presentations and materials for internal and customer discussions.
