Bvlgari in Rome is seeking an Omnichannel AI Transformation Project Manager to orchestrate AI initiatives across eCommerce, Customer Service, Marketplace and Retail. You will bridge business teams, data/AI experts, IT and markets, ensuring well-defined use cases, on-time delivery, adoption by users and embedding into daily operations.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage the AI initiative portfolio, and drive scale from pilots to repeatable AI products, reporting to the Omnichannel Data

Competenze

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in PM, digital transformation, or omnichannel initiatives.
• Minimum 2 years delivering AI, analytics, automation, or data-driven projects.
• Proven cross-functional leadership in matrix organizations.
• Fluency in English; other languages a plus.

Within the WW Omnichannel department, based in Rome, we are searching for an Omnichannel AI Transformation Project Manager.

Reporting to the Omnichannel Data & AI Manager, the selected candidate will be responsible for orchestrating, delivering, and scaling AI-driven initiatives across eCommerce, Customer Service, Marketplace, and Retail, ensuring AI solutions are translated into concrete business outcomes.

The selected candidate will act as the bridge between business teams, data/AI experts, IT, and markets, ensuring AI use cases are well-defined, delivered on time, adopted by users, and embedded into daily operations.

Key Accountabilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives across eCommerce, Customer Service, Merchandising, CRM, and Retail, ensuring business value realization and successful adoption.
• Translate business opportunities and challenges into prioritized AI use cases with clear KPIs, success criteria, and measurable business outcomes.
• Manage and prioritize the AI initiative portfolio within the Omnichannel Data & AI team, balancing business impact, feasibility, and organizational readiness.
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams (Business, Data Science, Analytics, IT) and external partners throughout the project lifecycle from ideation to scale.
• Drive AI adoption and change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and embedding solutions into operational workflows.
• Act as the key interface between global teams and local markets, supporting rollouts, collecting feedback, and enabling continuous improvement.
• Monitor AI solution performance against business KPIs, adoption metrics, and value realization targets, driving iterative enhancements.
• Manage project governance, timelines, dependencies, risks, and delivery quality while ensuring alignment with omnichannel strategic roadmaps.
• Lead the transition from pilots and proofs of concept to scalable, repeatable AI products integrated into the omnichannel ecosystem.
• Provide regular reporting to senior leadership on project status, adoption progress, business impact, and portfolio performance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in Project Management, Digital Transformation, Omnichannel, Data & Analytics, or Technology-driven initiatives.
• Minimum 2 years of experience delivering AI, advanced analytics, automation, or data-driven transformation projects.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects across business, technology, data teams, and external partners in complex matrix organizations.
• Strong understanding of AI use cases, data-driven transformation, omnichannel ecosystems, and related technology platforms.
• Ability to translate business needs into AI initiatives with clear KPIs, business cases, adoption plans, and measurable outcomes.
• Experience in change management, user adoption, and international or multi-market rollouts.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools is considered a plus.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages will be considered a plus.

For new joiners in this role in Italy, the initial annual gross salary is EUR 55.000.

This salary has been determined on the basis of objective and gender-neutral criteria and corresponds to the compensation normally granted for this position at the time of publication of this job posting. Actual compensation may vary depending on factors such as your unique combination of experience and skills, seniority, and current organizational needs.

This role also provides for participation in a bonus scheme, at Bvlgari’s discretion, based on factors such as individual and/or company performance.

In addition to the benefits provided by law, further benefits may be granted in accordance with current company policies.

The employment relationship will be governed by the provisions of the applicable national collective bargaining agreement (CCNL) and the supplementary company agreement, as applied by Bvlgari in Italy.
