Haleon plc. is seeking an Expert Multichannel Specialist Pharmacy to drive digital and multichannel initiatives for the pharmacy audience.

Reporting to the Expert Pharmacy Manager, you will collaborate with Sales, Medical, Regulatory and external agencies to deliver engaging content and educational programs. You will manage webinars, e-learning, CRM activities, and data-driven optimization, while supporting the VMS Pharmacy initiatives and ensuring data accuracy across platforms.

Competenze

University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Experience in marketing, digital marketing, multichannel engagement, or project management.
Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration.
Knowledge of KPI monitoring, CRM management, and data analysis.
Proficient in English (written and spoken).

Mansioni

Support the development and execution of the Expert Pharmacy digital strategy.
Coordinate multichannel engagement activities to boost pharmacist participation.
Manage webinars, e-learning and other digital initiatives with a clear engagement plan.
Support CRM management and data-driven performance reporting.
Coordinate content and materials for the VMS Pharmacy initiatives.
