Haleon is seeking an Expert Multichannel Specialist Pharmacy to lead digital and multichannel activities targeting pharmacists. You will support content, engagement tools, and educational initiatives to grow the professional pharmacy community and meet business objectives.

You will collaborate with Sales, Medical, Regulatory and external agencies, while coordinating webinars, e-learning, and CRM-related activities to optimize engagement and data quality.

Competenze

• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in marketing, digital marketing, multichannel engagement, or project management roles.
• Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate complex activities.
• Experience guiding KPI monitoring, CRM management, and data analysis.

Mansioni

• Multichannel Engagement: develop and implement the Expert Pharmacy digital strategy; coordinate webinars, e-learning, and materials distribution.
• Project Management: oversee digital and multichannel projects from planning to execution; manage vendors.
• Data & Performance Management: monitor KPIs and prepare reports; ensure data accuracy across activities.
• Support to Expert VMS Pharmacy: assist in content deployment and educational initiatives for the VMS area.
