JD Group is seeking a Digital Trading Executive to partner with the Trading Manager to meet sales, GPV and EBIT targets across Europe’s omnichannel platforms.

You will collaborate with Head Office, Retail, Operations, Merchandising, Content, Copywriting and Marketing to deliver a seamless customer experience. The role emphasises data-driven trading, promotions, and cross-functional teamwork.

Competenze

• University degree is considered an advantage
• Experience in ecommerce or retail is a plus
• Demonstrate hunger for growth and strong business acumen
• Strong organizational, planning and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Interest in sports lifestyle and youth culture
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams
• Proficiency with MS Office, Google Analytics, Looker and reporting tools

• Review website content, customer journey and user experience across devices
• Improve visitor-to-buyer conversion rates across channels
• Drive seasonal trading and explore new brands and ranges
• Understand retail performance and adjust plans
• Track and report on promotions and slow sellers
• Collaborate with Merchandising to drive omnichannel fulfillment
• Ensure campaigns are aligned with brand strategy
