Alfa Laval is seeking a Field Sales Engineer – Olive Oil to drive sales for olive oil processing components and complete/partial extraction lines in Italy, based in Monza or Poggibonsi. The role demands strong networking with partners and End Customers, plus travel across the country.

The position requires a university degree, 3–5 years in the food industry and in sales, and fluent English. Base salary starts at 35.000€ under CCNL METALWORKING, with growth potential.

Competenze

• University degree required
• Category B driving license
• 3–5 years of experience in the food industry
• 3–5 years of experience in sales
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Advanced knowledge of MS Windows and the Office suite

Mansioni

• Promoting, developing, and ensuring sales results
• Coordinating and developing promotional and sales activities with Partners (System Integrators, Distributors, and Agencies)
• Travel within Italy up to 70% of the time
• Collaborating with the Poggibonsi Business Center on project management, stock forecasting, price lists, and sales support
