Saipem is seeking an Ocean Engineer to join the Fano Offshore Engineering Hub. You will support subsea engineering, focusing on metocean aspects, pipelines, structures and marine studies, collaborating across disciplines in a fast-paced project environment.

Qualified candidates have a Master’s degree in physics, civil or coastal engineering and at least 2 years of relevant experience, with English at B2 level.

Mansioni

• Meteo-marine design for offshore pipelines, subsea structures and fixed facilities; define meteo-marine parameters for engineering and planning.
• Develop metocean design criteria per project requirements and industry norms.
• Perform statistical and probabilistic metocean data analysis and numerical modeling of wind/waves/currents.
• Model coastal and seabed evolution and structure-seabed interactions.
• Supervise metocean survey data collection.
• Identify and manage project data needs and interact with engineering functions.
