Antal International (Greater Milan Area, hybrid) seeks a Head of IT Operations to lead and continuously improve global IT infrastructure and services. You will report to the Global Head of IT and ensure reliability, security, scalability, and performance while guiding internal teams and managing technology partners.

This leadership role combines technology, service management, people leadership, and infrastructure strategy in a global environment. Location: Greater Milan Area (hybrid).

The Opportunity: We are supporting an international organization in the search for a Head of IT Operations to lead and continuously improve its global IT infrastructure and operational services. Reporting directly to the Global Head of IT, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, scalability, and performance of the company's IT landscape while leading internal teams and managing strategic technology partners. This is a highly visible leadership role combining technology, service management, people leadership, and infrastructure strategy in a global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the IT Operations and Infrastructure function on a global scale.

What We Are Looking For:

• Proven experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure Management, or Service Delivery leadership roles.
• Previous responsibility for managing technical teams and external providers.
• Strong background in enterprise IT environments and operational governance.
• Experience with ITIL-based service management practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Fluent English.
