Renewal Rehab is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time role in a skilled nursing facility. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop individual care plans, and collaborate with the care team to achieve quality outcomes.

Competenze

• Must have a degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
• Current license to practice OT in the state.
• NBCOT certification may be required by the state.

Mansioni

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
