Iva Post Acute is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join our 60-bed skilled nursing and rehab facility in South Carolina. The role centers on compassionate, patient-centered care within a supportive health-team environment, helping residents maximize independence and quality of life.

Successful candidates will evaluate patients within 24 hours of referral, develop and follow through on treatment plans, supervise staff, and participate in discharge planning.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy; Masters/Doctorate preferred.
• Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the state (SC).
• Experience in a fast-paced healthcare facility.
• CPR Certification preferred.

Mansioni

• Evaluate patients within 24 hours of physician referral.
• Develop effective treatment plans and obtain physician approval.
• Treat patients per the physician plan and document progress.
• Supervise COTA, aides and students as required.
• Record evaluations and treatment notes and participate in discharge planning.
