H2 Health Prime Living in Naples is seeking a flexible Occupational Therapist to deliver 1:1 patient care within a luxury Senior Living community. The role supports independence and quality of life through goal-driven interventions, with collaboration across home health partners for seamless transitions.

New graduates are welcome; a state license is required or eligible. Flexible scheduling and a collaborative clinician-led culture drive balanced work-life and professional growth at H2 Health.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Prior experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome.
• Active or eligible state license to practice.

Are you looking to provide 1:1 care while seeing all your patients under one roof? H2 Health Prime Living has the pleasure to provide care to residents within luxury a Senior Living community in Naples!

As an Occupational Therapist on our team, you'll help seniors maintain independence, confidence, and quality of life through meaningful, goal-driven interventions. You'll also play a vital role in our care continuity approach, collaborating with our home health partners within the same communities to ensure consistency and seamless transitions for both patients and staff.

Education: A graduate of an accredited Occupational therapy program
