At Iva Post Acute in Iva, SC, a 60-bed rehab community, we’re seeking a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our therapy team. This full-time role offers competitive hourly pay, excellent health benefits, and a welcoming, family-oriented culture.

You will assist with treatment plans, deliver inpatient and outpatient OT services, and help residents regain independence with the support of an interdisciplinary team.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Active, unencumbered South Carolina COTA license.
• Experience in a fast-paced healthcare setting preferred.
• Passion for helping residents reach their highest level of function and independence.

Mansioni

• Assist the Occupational Therapist with resident treatment plans
• Provide occupational therapy treatments to both inpatient and outpatient clients
• Help residents improve daily living skills, mobility, and independence
• Encourage residents throughout their rehab and recovery journey
• Maintain accurate treatment documentation
• Work collaboratively with an amazing interdisciplinary team
• Celebrate resident successes and milestones every day

Formazione
