Job summary

Sonnedix is seeking an O&M Supervisor for its Italy operations, reporting to the O&M Supervisor Team Leader. This role oversees maintenance across Central Italy plants, ensuring contract compliance and Sonnedix standards, while leading HSE practices and technical plant investments.

You will coordinate on-site maintenance, leverage AI tools to improve efficiency, and support the wider Operations Team with engineering insights. English required for CV submission.

Qualifications

• Electrical engineering background or equivalent.
• Proven expertise in the renewable energy sector and on-site plant maintenance.
• Familiarity with design and construction processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead preventive, corrective, predictive and conditional maintenance across plants.
• Coordinate subcontractors and third‑party service providers on Italy plants.
• Ensure HSE procedures and regulations are followed across all sites.
• Provide technical support to the Operations Team and contribute to business cases.
