Job summary

METLEN seeks a Senior O&M Technician to join our M Renewables team in Italy. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on solar projects, manage spare parts, and maintain CMMS systems while coordinating external resources. Remote work is possible with travel to sites as required.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in solar maintenance, 1+ year in broader electrical roles, and fluent English and Italian. A degree in Electrical Engineering and a valid Driver's License are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on solar projects >1 MW.
• 1+ year in other electrical jobs.
• Experience with String Inverters, Trackers, MV/HV equipment, IT (communications, cameras/optical fiber), CMMs.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to travel to sites.

Your role will encompass:

What you bring to the role:

Minimum 3 years proven track record in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting at solar projects greater than 1 MW

Minimum 1-year proven track record in other electrical jobs

Experience in String Inverters, Trackers, MV/HV equipments, IT (comm, cameras/optical fiber), CMMs, Driver Licenses.

University Degree in Electrical

Knowledge of Italian HSE Legislation

Fluent English and fluent Italian

Compensation & Contractual Framework
The starting gross annual salary (RAL) for this position is 35.100€, based on objective and gender-neutral criteria.
