Westinghouse Electric Italy SpA in Monfalcone, Italy invites applications for a Document Controller Intern. The role supports management of project documentation to customers and suppliers and internal distribution, reporting to the QA & Documentation Manager.

The 6-month internship provides hands-on experience in document control, with duties including logging, file maintenance, and assisting the QPE with final dossiers.

Competenze

• High School Diploma.
• Knowledge of English language (min. A2 level).

Mansioni

• Manage internal and external distribution of project deliverables and keep logs up to date.
• Receive and send project documents to customers and maintain records of exchanges.
• Distribute documentation within the organization and issue controlled paper copies.
• Support the QA Project Engineer with administrative tasks for final dossiers (e.g., EoMR, FDB, QADP, QVD).
