Westinghouse Electric Italy SpA in Monfalcone, Italy, invites applications for the Document Controller Intern role. The internship spans 6 months and reports to the Quality Assurance & Documentation Manager, supporting management of project documentation for customers and suppliers and for internal distribution.

You will manage distribution logs, receive and send documents, support archive and transmission of final dossiers, and help prepare project deliverables such as EoMR and QVD.

Competenze

• High School Diploma required.
• Knowledge of English language at least A2 level.

Mansioni

• Help manage internal and external distribution of project deliverables and track status through logs.
• Receive and send project documents to the customer and maintain a record of this exchange.
• Distribute applicable project documentation within the organization and issue controlled paper copies.
• Support the Quality Project Engineer with administrative tasks for final dossiers (EoMR, FDB, QADP, QVD, etc.).
