Hitachi Energy is seeking a seasoned professional to lead new product introduction and industrialization for our Instrument Transformers portfolio in Italy. You will drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, supply chain and manufacturing to ensure successful market deployment.

With at least 5 years in PM/NPI and a background in the power industry, you will manage scope, risks and roadmaps, delivering high-quality, cost-efficient launches and continuous improvement across the

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Admin, Industrial Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in PM, product implementation, industrialization or NPI environments.
• Experience in power industry; GIS familiarity is a plus.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end product introduction and industrialization projects.
• Define scope, objectives, milestones and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Develop plans, schedules, resources, budgets and roadmaps.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure execution readiness.
• Drive transfer of products to manufacturing with quality and safety focus.
• Monitor prototypes, pilot production and zero-series readiness.
• Track production and identify optimization opportunities.
• Identify risks and communicate mitigation plans to management.
• Support product lifecycle management and competitiveness.
