Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor - New Product Introduction for the Latina site in Italy. The role leads NPI manufacturing activities, scopes resources, and ensures readiness for continuous manufacturing and ESTC, while driving safety, compliance and innovation.

You will supervise a team of operators, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and manage project timelines, reporting to the Operations Manager on-site in Borgo San Michele - Latina.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or science relevant to pharma manufacturing.
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing within GMP and familiarity with ICH/ISO.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making and risk management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with cross-functional stakeholders and matrix organizations.
• Excellent communication, networking and influencing skills.
• Solid business acumen and understanding of operational performance drivers.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

• Lead and supervise NPI manufacturing activities across Batch, Continuous Manufacturing and ESTC.
• Coordinate resources and schedules to meet timelines with other area supervisors.
• Drive readiness activities for Continuous Manufacturing and ESTC.
