ALPITRONIC is seeking an experienced Industrialization Project Manager to drive product transfer from engineering to serial production and to lead cross-functional teams across value streams in the development to production transition.

You will coordinate process planning, validation, and scale-up, ensuring on-time delivery within budget. Experience with ERP/MES and automotive core tools is essential; PMI/IPMA certification is a plus.

Competenze

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or similar field.
• 5+ years as a project manager on medium to large projects.
• 3+ years ramp-up management experience.
• Experience with ERP (SAP or AP+) and MES systems.
• PMI or IPMA certification is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Project and Jira.
• Lean Management and Six Sigma experience a plus.
• Experience with automotive core tools (FMEA, APQP, PPAP, 8D).

Mansioni

• Transfer new products and major product or process changes from engineering to serial production.
• Manage all industrialization activities within product development including prototyping, process planning, validation and production scale-up.
• Lead an interdisciplinary project team including engineers, ERP/MES architects, supply chain, purchasing, quality and facilities.
• Plan, execute and control the industrialization project within timeline and budget with reporting to stakeholders.
• Coordinate process planning including value stream definition, PFMEA, equipment selection and production layout planning.
• Oversee process validation and scale-up incl. infrastructure, equipment, software verification and master data.
• Define industrialization requirements like design for manufacturing, service and reliability.
• Participate in change boards and act as main interface to development PM for all industrialization activities.
