Job summary

Rockwell Automation, a global technology leader, seeks an Industrialization Engineer to drive new product introductions and manufacturability improvements. You will work with Design and Manufacturing teams to optimize product design, cost estimation, and prototype execution in a hybrid work setting.

The role requires 3+ years in manufacturing, an engineering degree, and strong IPC-A-610/soldering knowledge, plus SAP and Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Knowledge of New Product Introduction (NPI) process.
• Understanding of DFMA, Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Support the introduction of new products to the facility following CPD processes.
• Collaborate with Design and Manufacturing Engineering for manufacturability.
• Estimate manufacturing cost and initiate prototype/pilot activities.
• Lead small project teams as needed.
• Understand PCB assembly and manufacturing constraints.
• Apply design for manufacturing and design for compliance methodologies.
