Alpitronic in Bolzano, Italy, seeks an experienced industrial engineer to own BOM management inside the ERP system, translating engineering BOMs into manufacturing BOMs for sub and main assemblies and adapting them to plant-level needs. You will coordinate production planning and NPI activities to ensure efficient sample production and a smooth ramp-up.

Competenze

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in industrial engineering, logistics, mechanical engineering or related fields.
• Several years of professional experience in work preparation and production planning.
• Experience with BOMs inside ERP (AP+ or SAP) and MES systems.
• Lean Management and Six Sigma certification is an advantage.
• Experience in process optimization and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of automotive core tools (FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, 8D).
• Knowledge of programming languages (JSON, C#, SQL, PHP) is an advantage.
• Knowledge of project management software (MS Project and Jira) is an advantage.

Mansioni

• Responsible for all manufacturing BOMs inside the ERP system and transfer of engineering BOMs into manufacturing BOMs for sub and main assemblies.
• Coordinate production planning and work preparation activities for efficient sample production during NPI.
• Plan, schedule and organize assembly trials for prototypes, design changes and pre-series production.
• Coordinate procurement and provision of materials for NPI assembly builds with R&D, purchasing, supply chain and logistics.
• Create work instructions for sub-assemblies and main assembly.

• Maintain data integrity in the ERP system.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for all manufacturing BOMs inside the ERP system and the transfer of engineering BOMs into manufacturing BOMs for sub and main assemblies, including adaptation for the needs of the production sites (Plant Level BOM)
• Coordinate all production planning and work preparation activities within the area of new product introduction (NPI) to ensure an efficient sample production
• Planning, scheduling and organizing assembly trials for prototypes, design modifications, exhibition chargers and pre-series sample production including testing, packaging and shipping to the end customer
• Coordination of procurement and provision of materials required for NPI assembly builds in collaboration with R&D, purchasing, supply chain and logistics
• Creation of work instructions for sub-assemblies and main assembly
• Process documentation during assembly trials and sample production
• Responsible for data maintenance in the ERP system

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, logistic, mechanical engineering or related fields
• Several years of professional experience in work preparation and production planning
• Several years of professional experience in working with BOMs inside the ERP system (AP+ or SAP) and MES systems
• Experience in Lean Management and Six Sigma (certification is an advantage)
• Experience in process optimization and continuous improvement
• Experience with automotive core tools (FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, 8D, etc.)
• Knowledge of programming languages is an advantage (JSON, C#, SQL, PHP)

• Total compensation starting from €46,000 gross per year, including a 20% variable bonus based on goal achievement
