Vertiv in Piove di Sacco, Italy is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join the Thermal Management Engineering team. You will design mechanical components and systems for Direct Expansion cooling products, ensuring high quality and performance to meet industry standards.

You will create 3D CAD models and drawings, work with suppliers, and support transfer to other sites while meeting cost, schedule, and environmental goals. English proficiency is required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or technical diploma in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years as a mechanical designer, preferably HVAC.
• Strong knowledge of 3D CAD and PLM systems.

Mansioni

• Design and develop Direct Expansion cooling units' mechanical components.
• Create 3D models and drawings (sheet metal, pipelines) and BOMs.
• Collaborate with suppliers, procurement, and industrial engineering.
• Support product transfer and ensure cost, quality, and timing goals.
• Resolve technical issues and communicate across regions.
