Dentsply Sirona Italia seeks a Regional Manager for the Northwest Region (Piemonte, Liguria e Valle D’Aosta). You will drive turnover targets, manage resources, and align sales objectives with the company strategy.

You will lead a sales team, develop regional plans, recruit and train staff, and represent Dentsply Sirona at major trade shows, delivering compelling presentations to customers while ensuring efficiency within budget.

Competenze

• Experience in multinational companies; dental field experience is a plus.
• University degree or equivalent.
• Knowledge of English and IT tools.
• Excellent skills in managing sales representatives with an agency contract.
• Knowledge of sales and territory management techniques.
• Results orientation.
• Public speaking.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Integrity.

• Meeting/exceeding budgeted sales quota while adhering to an annual expense budget.
• Managing the Sales Plan of his/her area.
